Daniel 4:17

17 Esta causa se faz por decreto dos Vigiadores, e esta petição por dito dos Santos: a fim que conheção os viventes, que o Altissimo se ensenhorea dos reinos dos homens, e os dá, a quem quer; e até o mais baixo dos homens constitúe sobre elles.

17 "'The decision is announced by messengers, the holy ones declare the verdict, so that the living may know that the Most High is sovereign over all kingdoms on earth and gives them to anyone he wishes and sets over them the lowliest of people.'
