Rute 2:2

2 Certo dia, Rute, a moabita, disse a Noemi: ´Deixe-me ir ao campo ver se alguém, em sua bondade, me permite recolher as espigas de cereal que sobrarem`. Noemi respondeu: ´Está bem, minha filha, pode ir`.

2 And Ruth the Moabitess said unto Naomi, Let me now go to the field, and glean among the ears of grain after him in whose sight I shall find favor. And she said unto her, Go, my daughter.
