Jeremias 51:16

16 Quando ele faz soar a sua voz, logo há tumulto de águas no céu, e nuvens sobem das extremidades da terra. Ele cria os relâmpagos para a chuva e dos seus depósitos faz sair o vento.

16 When he thunders, the waters in the heavens roar; he makes clouds rise from the ends of the earth. He sends lightning with the rain and brings out the wind from his storehouses.
