Ezequiel 17:9

9 - Diga: Assim diz o Senhor Deus: ´Será que ela vai prosperar? Será que a primeira águia não lhe arrancará as raízes e não cortará o seu fruto, para que se sequem todas as folhas de seus renovos? Não será necessária muita força nem muita gente para arrancá-la pelas raízes.

9 "Say to them, 'This is what the Sovereign Lord says: Will it thrive? Will it not be uprooted and stripped of its fruit so that it withers? All its new growth will wither. It will not take a strong arm or many people to pull it up by the roots.
