Deuteronômio 21:23

23 o seu cadáver não deve permanecer no madeiro durante a noite. É preciso sepultá-lo no mesmo dia, pois o que for pendurado no madeiro é maldito de Deus. Assim vocês não contaminarão a terra que o Senhor, seu Deus, lhes dá por herança.

23 you must not leave the body hanging on the pole overnight. Be sure to bury it that same day, because anyone who is hung on a pole is under God's curse. You must not desecrate the land the Lord your God is giving you as an inheritance.
