II Reis 21:7

7 Também pegou a imagem de escultura da deusa Aserá que ele tinha feito e a colocou no templo a respeito do qual o Senhor tinha dito a Davi e a seu filho Salomão: ´Neste templo e em Jerusalém, que escolhi de todas as tribos de Israel, porei o meu nome para sempre.

7 He took the carved Asherah pole he had made and put it in the temple, of which the Lord had said to David and to his son Solomon, "In this temple and in Jerusalem, which I have chosen out of all the tribes of Israel, I will put my Name forever.
