I Samuel 8:7

7 E o Senhor disse a Samuel: - Atenda à voz do povo em tudo o que lhe pedem. Porque não foi a você que rejeitaram, mas a mim, para que eu não reine sobre eles.

7 And the Lord told him: "Listen to all that the people are saying to you; it is not you they have rejected, but they have rejected me as their king.
