I Samuel 7:6

6 Congregaram-se em Mispa, tiraram água e a derramaram diante do Senhor, jejuaram aquele dia e ali disseram: - Pecamos contra o Senhor. E Samuel julgou os filhos de Israel em Mispa.

6 When they had assembled at Mizpah, they drew water and poured it out before the Lord. On that day they fasted and there they confessed, "We have sinned against the Lord." Now Samuel was serving as leader Traditionally [judge]; also in verse 15 of Israel at Mizpah.
