Jeremias 50:43

43 O rei da Babilônia ouviu a fama deles, e as suas mãos desfaleceram; a angústia se apoderou dele, e dores, como de mulher que está dando à luz.`

43 The king of Babylon has had news of them, and his hands have become feeble: trouble has come on him and pain like the pain of a woman in childbirth.
