Jeremias 49:36

36 Trarei sobre Elão os quatro ventos dos quatro cantos da terra e os dispersarei na direção de todos esses ventos; e não haverá país aonde não cheguem os fugitivos de Elão.

36 And I will send on Elam four winds from the four quarters of heaven, driving them out to all those winds; there will be no nation into which the wanderers from Elam do not come.
