II Samuel 24:25

25 Davi edificou ali um altar ao Senhor e apresentou holocaustos e ofertas pacíficas. Assim, o Senhor se tornou favorável para com a terra, e a praga cessou no meio de Israel.

25 And there David put up an altar to the Lord, making burned offerings and peace-offerings. So the Lord gave ear to his prayer for the land, and the disease came to an end in Israel.
