3 Porém o seu pai e a sua mãe lhe disseram: - Será que não há mulher entre as filhas de seus parentes ou entre todo o nosso povo, para que você tivesse de ir procurar uma esposa no meio dos filisteus, aqueles incircuncisos? Mas Sansão disse ao seu pai: - Busquem essa mulher para mim, porque é só dela que me agrado.

3 Then his father and his mother said unto him, Is there never a woman among the daughters of thy brethren, or among all my people, that thou goest to take a wife of the uncircumcised Philistines? And Samson said unto his father, Get her for me; for she pleaseth me well.
