Ester 4:16

16 ´Vá e reúna todos os judeus que estiverem em Susã, e jejuem por mim. Não comam nem bebam nada durante três dias, nem de noite nem de dia. Eu e as minhas servas também jejuaremos. Depois, irei falar com o rei, ainda que seja contra a lei; se eu tiver de morrer, morrerei.`

16 Go, gather together all the Jews that are present in Shushan, and fast ye for me, and neither eat nor drink three days, night or day: I also and my maidens will fast in like manner; and so will I go in unto the king, which is not according to the law: and if I perish, I perish.
