Eclesiastes 3:17

17 Então eu disse a mim mesmo: ´Deus julgará o justo e o ímpio; porque há um tempo para todo propósito e para toda obra.`

17 I said in my heart, God will judge the righteous and the wicked; for there is a time there for every purpose and for every work.
