Deuteronômio 23:21

21 - Se fizerem um voto ao Senhor, seu Deus, não devem demorar a cumpri-lo, porque o Senhor, seu Deus, certamente o exigirá de vocês, e vocês serão culpados de pecado.

21 When thou shalt vow a vow unto Jehovah thy God, thou shalt not be slack to pay it: for Jehovah thy God will surely require it of thee; and it would be sin in thee.
