32 Assim, o Senhor fará recair a culpa de sangue de Joabe sobre a cabeça dele, porque atacou dois homens mais justos e melhores do que ele e os matou à espada, sem que Davi, meu pai, o soubesse. Ele matou Abner, filho de Ner, comandante do exército de Israel, e Amasa, filho de Jéter, comandante do exército de Judá.

32 And Jehovah will return his blood upon his own head, because he fell upon two men more righteous and better than he, and slew them with the sword, and my father David knew it not, [to wit], Abner the son of Ner, captain of the host of Israel, and Amasa the son of Jether, captain of the host of Judah.
