Isaías 45:18

18 O Senhor, que criou os céus, é o único Deus. Ele fez a terra, e lhe deu forma, e a colocou no seu lugar. Ele não a criou para que ficasse vazia, mas para que houvesse moradores nela. O Senhor Deus diz: ´Eu sou o Senhor, e não há outro deus.

18 For this is what the Lord says - he who created the heavens, he is God; he who fashioned and made the earth, he founded it; he did not create it to be empty, but formed it to be inhabited - he says: "I am the Lord, and there is no other.
