Isaías 41:27

27 Pois eu anunciei isso a Sião desde o começo, eu mandei um mensageiro espalhar essas boas notícias em Jerusalém.

27 [I am the] first [that saith] unto Zion, Behold, behold them; and I will give to Jerusalem one that bringeth good tidings.
