9 But when they cried out to the Lord, he raised up for them a deliverer, Othniel son of Kenaz, Caleb's younger brother, who saved them.

9 Mas, quando os israelitas pediram socorro ao Senhor, ele levantou um libertador para salvá-los. Chamava-se Otoniel, filho de Quenaz, irmão mais novo de Calebe.
