Jeremias 31:19

19 After I strayed, I repented; after I came to understand, I beat my breast. I was ashamed and humiliated because I bore the disgrace of my youth.'

19 Afastei-me de Deus, mas depois me arrependi. Indignei-me comigo mesmo por causa de minha estupidez. Senti profunda vergonha de tudo que fiz quando era jovem`.
