Isaías 23:11

11 The Lord has stretched out his hand over the sea and made its kingdoms tremble. He has given an order concerning Phoenicia that her fortresses be destroyed.

11 O Senhor estendeu a mão sobre o mar e sacudiu os reinos da terra. Pronunciou-se contra a Fenícia e ordenou que suas fortalezas fossem destruídas.
