I Crônicas 22:8

8 But this word of the Lord came to me: 'You have shed much blood and have fought many wars. You are not to build a house for my Name, because you have shed much blood on the earth in my sight.

8 mas o Senhor me disse: ´Você matou muitos homens nas batalhas em que lutou. Derramou muito sangue diante de mim, por isso não será você quem construirá um templo em honra ao meu nome.
