Jeremias 38:2

2 "This is what the Lord says: 'Whoever stays in this city will die by the sword, famine or plague, but whoever goes over to the Babylonians Or [Chaldeans]; also in verses 18, 19 and 23 will live. They will escape with their lives; they will live.'

2 "Assim diz o Senhor: ´Aquele que permanecer nesta cidade morrerá pela espada, pela fome e pela peste; mas aquele que se render aos babilônios viverá. Escapará com vida e sobreviverá`.
