4 You have not strengthened the weak or healed the sick or bound up the injured. You have not brought back the strays or searched for the lost. You have ruled them harshly and brutally.

4 Vocês não fortaleceram a fraca nem curaram a doente nem enfaixaram a ferida. Vocês não trouxeram de volta as desviadas nem procuraram as perdidas. Vocês têm dominado sobre elas com dureza e brutalidade.
