6 Moses sent them into battle, a thousand from each tribe, along with Phinehas son of Eleazar, the priest, who took with him articles from the sanctuary and the trumpets for signaling.

6 Moisés mandou-os para a guerra, mil de cada tribo, juntamente com Fineias, filho do sacerdote Eleazar, o qual levava consigo os utensílios sagrados e as trombetas para o toque de ataque.
