16 "They were the ones who followed Balaam's advice and enticed the Israelites to be unfaithful to the Lord in the Peor incident, so that a plague struck the Lord's people.

16 Eis que estas, por conselho de Balaão, fizeram com que os filhos de Israel fossem infiéis ao Senhor, no caso de Peor, e assim houve uma praga no meio da congregação do Senhor.
