Jeremias 5:17

17 They will devour your harvests and food, devour your sons and daughters; they will devour your flocks and herds, devour your vines and fig trees. With the sword they will destroy the fortified cities in which you trust.

17 Eles vão comer as colheitas e os alimentos de vocês e matar os seus filhos e filhas. Vão comer os rebanhos e o gado e devorar as frutas das suas parreiras e figueiras. E o exército deles destruirá as cidades protegidas por muralhas, em que vocês confiam.
