Esdras 4:2

2 they came to Zerubbabel and to the heads of the families and said, "Let us help you build because, like you, we seek your God and have been sacrificing to him since the time of Esarhaddon king of Assyria, who brought us here."

2 Então foram falar com Zorobabel e com os chefes das famílias. Disseram o seguinte: - Queremos construir o Templo junto com vocês. Nós adoramos o mesmo Deus que vocês e temos oferecido sacrifícios a ele desde o tempo de Esar-Hadom, rei da Assíria, que nos mandou morar aqui .
