Deuteronômio 1:16

16 And I charged your judges at that time, "Hear the disputes between your people and judge fairly, whether the case is between two Israelites or between an Israelite and a foreigner residing among you.

16 Naquela mesma ocasião dei a seguinte ordem aos juízes: ´Julguem todas as causas com justiça, seja entre dois israelitas, seja entre um israelita e um estrangeiro que vive no meio do povo.
