I Crônicas 12:19

19 Some of the tribe of Manasseh defected to David when he went with the Philistines to fight against Saul. (He and his men did not help the Philistines because, after consultation, their rulers sent him away. They said, "It will cost us our heads if he deserts to his master Saul.")

19 Alguns soldados da tribo de Manassés passaram para o lado de Davi quando ele havia saído junto com os filisteus para lutar contra o rei Saul. Na verdade ele não ajudou os filisteus. Os seus governadores mandaram que Davi voltasse para Ziclague porque ficaram com medo que ele os entregasse ao seu antigo chefe, o rei Saul.
