Provérbios 6:3

3 So do this, my son, to free yourself, since you have fallen into your neighbor's hands: Go - to the point of exhaustion - Or [Go and humble yourself,] and give your neighbor no rest!

3 Agora, filho meu, considerando que caíste nas mãos do teu companheiro, vai e humilha-te diante dele; insiste, incomoda e importuna esse teu próximo;
