36 Then the Benjamites saw that they were beaten. Now the men of Israel had given way before Benjamin, because they relied on the ambush they had set near Gibeah.

36 Então os benjamitas concluíram que estavam mesmo derrotados. Os israelitas bateram em retirada diante de Benjamim, porquanto tinham plena confiança na emboscada que haviam preparado perto de Gibeá.
