Josué 24:8

8 "'I brought you to the land of the Amorites who lived east of the Jordan. They fought against you, but I gave them into your hands. I destroyed them from before you, and you took possession of their land.

8 Daí Eu vos fiz adentrar à terra dos amorreus que viviam além do Jordão. Eles vos fizeram guerra e Eu os entreguei nas vossas mãos e assim tomastes posse da sua terra, pois os destruí diante de vós.
