Jeremias 5:22

22 Should you not fear me?" declares the Lord. "Should you not tremble in my presence? I made the sand a boundary for the sea, an everlasting barrier it cannot cross. The waves may roll, but they cannot prevail; they may roar, but they cannot cross it.

22 Porventura vós, de fato, a mim não temeis? Não tendes por mim amor reverente? Questiona o SENHOR. ´Não tremeis diante da minha presença? Afinal, fui Eu que fiz da areia um limite para o mar, um decreto permanente que ele deve respeitar e jamais ultrapassar; suas ondas podem quebrar impetuosamente, mas não poderão vencer a praia; podem rugir assustadoramente, mas não poderão avançá-lo.
