Joel 2:17

17 Let the priests, who minister before the Lord, weep between the portico and the altar. Let them say, "Spare your people, Lord. Do not make your inheritance an object of scorn, a byword among the nations. Why should they say among the peoples, 'Where is their God?'"

17 Que os sacerdotes, que ministram diante de Yahweh, pranteiem entre o pórtico do Templo e o altar, orando nestes termos: ´Ó Yahweh, poupa teu povo e não entregues a tua herança ao vexame, para que as nações se escarneçam dele. Por que se haveria de questionar entre os pagãos: ´Onde está o Deus deles?``
