9 Better what the eye sees than the roving of the appetite. This too is meaningless, a chasing after the wind.

9 Mais vale contentar-se com o que os olhos veem do que sonhar com desejos irrealizáveis. Afinal, não é isso também total insensatez, como correr atrás do vento?
