I Crônicas 19:5

5 When someone came and told David about the men, he sent messengers to meet them, for they were greatly humiliated. The king said, "Stay at Jericho till your beards have grown, and then come back."

5 Assim que Davi foi informado do que acontecera à sua delegação, enviou alguns mensageiros ao encontro dos seus representantes, porquanto haviam sido profundamente humilhados, e lhes mandou dizer: ´Ficai em Jericó, até que vossa barba cresça, e então retornai para casa.`
