Números 15:4

4 then the person who brings an offering shall present to the Lord a grain offering of a tenth of an ephah That is, probably about 3 1/2 pounds or about 1.6 kilograms of the finest flour mixed with a quarter of a hin That is, about 1 quart or about 1 liter; also in verse 5 of olive oil.

4 then shall he that offereth his oblation offer unto Jehovah a meal-offering of a tenth part [of an ephah] of fine flour mingled with the fourth part of a hin of oil:
