I Samuel 17:7

7 His spear shaft was like a weaver's rod, and its iron point weighed six hundred shekels. That is, about 15 pounds or about 6.9 kilograms His shield bearer went ahead of him.

7 And the staff of his spear was like a weaver's beam; and his spear's head [weighed] six hundred shekels of iron: and his shield-bearer went before him.
