Isaías 24:20

20 The earth reels like a drunkard, it sways like a hut in the wind; so heavy upon it is the guilt of its rebellion that it falls - never to rise again.

20 De todo vacilará a terra como o ébrio e será movida e removida como a choça de noite; e a sua transgressão se agravará sobre ela, e cairá e nunca mais se levantará.
