I Samuel 8:9

9 Now listen to them; but warn them solemnly and let them know what the king who will reign over them will claim as his rights."

9 Agora, pois, atende à sua voz, porém adverte-o solenemente e explica-lhe qual será o direito do rei que houver de reinar sobre ele.
