Isaías 15:3

3 In the streets they wear sackcloth; on the roofs and in the public squares they all wail, prostrate with weeping.

3 Cingirão-se de saccos em suas praças: em seus terrados, e em suas ruas todos andão huivando, e vem decendo chorando.
