Isaías 13:11

11 I will punish the world for its evil, the wicked for their sins. I will put an end to the arrogance of the haughty and will humble the pride of the ruthless.

11 Porque visitarei sobre o mundo a maldade, e sobre os impios sua iniquidade: e farei cessar a arrogancia dos atrevidos, e abaterei a soberba dos tirannos.
