Sofonias 1:12

12 Naquela época vasculharei Jerusalém com lanternas e castigarei todas as pessoas que descansam sobre a borra do vinho velho e azedo, isto é, que são complacentes com o pecado, e que alegam em seus corações: ´Ora, o SENHOR não intervém, ele não faz o bem nem o mal!`

12 And it shall come to pass at that time, that I will search Jerusalem with lamps; and I will punish the men that are settled on their lees, that say in their heart, Jehovah will not do good, neither will he do evil.
