Números 25:11

11 ´Finéias, filho de Eleazar, neto do sacerdote Arão, soube fazer cessar a minha ira contra os israelitas, porquanto entre todos eles, foi tomado do mesmo zelo que Eu tenho pelo meu povo; por causa da atitude de Finéias, Eu, em meu furor santo, não aniquilei todo o povo de Israel.

11 Phinehas, the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the priest, hath turned my wrath away from the children of Israel, in that he was jealous with my jealousy among them, so that I consumed not the children of Israel in my jealousy.
