Isaías 45:23

23 By myself have I sworn, the word is gone forth from my mouth [in] righteousness, and shall not return, that unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear.

23 Por mim mesmo eu jurei, a minha boca pronunciou com toda integridade uma palavra que não será revogada: Diante de mim todo joelho se dobrará; junto a mim toda língua jurará.
