Isaías 48:8

8 Yea, thou heardest not; yea, thou knewest not; yea, from of old thine ear was not opened: for I knew that thou didst deal very treacherously, and wast called a transgressor from the womb.

8 Mas tu não só não tinhas ouvido; antes, também nada imaginavas ou sabias; além de tudo, desde a antiguidade que o teu ouvido tem se fechado. Sei muito bem o quão és desleal e traiçoeiro; e que desde o berço te chamam: ´rebelde`.
