Isaías 45:23

23 By myself have I sworn, the word is gone forth from my mouth [in] righteousness, and shall not return, that unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear.

23 Por mim mesmo tenho jurado; da minha boca saiu o que é justo e a minha Palavra não tornará atrás. Diante de mim se dobrará todo joelho, e jurará toda língua.
