Gênesis 50:17

17 So shall ye say unto Joseph, Forgive, I pray thee now, the transgression of thy brethren, and their sin, for that they did unto thee evil. And now, we pray thee, forgive the transgression of the servants of the God of thy father. And Joseph wept when they spake unto him.

17 ´Assim falareis a José: Perdoa a teus irmãos seu crime e seu pecado, todo o mal que te fizeram!` Agora, pois, queiras tu perdoar os erros e os pecados dos servos do Deus de teu pai!` E José muito se comoveu e chorou diante das palavras que seus irmãos lhe enviaram.
