Deuteronômio 4:26

26 I call heaven and earth to witness against you this day, that ye shall soon utterly perish from off the land whereunto ye go over the Jordan to possess it; ye shall not prolong your days upon it, but shall utterly be destroyed.

26 invoco, a partir deste momento, o céu e a terra como testemunhas contra vós; porquanto havereis de ser depressa e completamente eliminados da face da terra da qual ides tomar posse em breve, ao atravessardes o Jordão. Não prolongareis vossos dias sobre a nova terra, pois sereis totalmente aniquilados!
